"May the force be with you" The highlight of our trip to Disneyland!

We have been planning, saving and excited for our trip to Disney for quite a while. We convinced Grandma, and our cousins to come along and packed up and were off to spend Labor Day weekend in California. If was such a fun trip and we made wonderful memories.

Noah, Ben, Jeff and Luke all got picked to fight the Star Wars villians. Their matching green shirts and super jumping and screaming made them shoe-ins! It was easily the highlight of the trip. They were so excited to get their light sabers and be trained as PadWan learners and tell Darth that they would never turn to the dark side. Lukey was about the cutest Jedi ever!

Henry loves Grandma! He enjoyed most of the rides. Although, Snow White made him cry and I think the Matterhorn (yes, he made the height requirements) scarred him for life, he loved Small World, Jungle Tours and seeing all the characters in the parade. He was such a trooper and is such a happy baby.

Jeffers trying to pull the sword from the stone. Jeff loved the ferris wheel, toy story and Star Tours. He was the spy on the ship and loved seeing his picture on the big screen. After we spiked his hair and stuffed his shoes with paper towels, he got to ride Indiana and loved the big bolder. The water rides were a big hit with Jeffey too.

Ben was big enough to ride everything and had a blast. He couldn't stop talking about The Tower of Terror and the gum Uncle Marshall put on the seat that defied gravity. He loved Space Mountain and Star Tours. Basically, the boys came off every ride saying "that was awesome!".

Lukey was a champ this trip. He enjoyed being big was so brave and rode everything he could. I thought for sure he would come off Tower of Terror crying, but no, he loved every minute and chatting about it. His favorites were Space Mountain, Star Tours and Tower of Terror. He is getting so big. It was so fun seeing him love the trip!

Watching the parade at the end of a fun and long day! Lukey and Ave didn't make the cut and crashed out before it started. It was hot and we got frozen lemonade and were wowed by the musical parade and all the characters. Seeing Peter Pan up close is pretty cool! The music was great and Disney sure knows how to throw a party.

We all felt like this at the end of the trip, but it was a wonderful time and a great time spent with family. It was so nice to have my mom and sister's family with us. My grandma took us when we were little and it was special to have my mom there while the boys experienced the magic of Disneyland for the first time. It is one of my favorite places to be and I can't wait to take the boys back again when they are a little older. Fun times!!

Looks wonderful. So much fun! We need to take a trip there soon. I'm so glad you were able to go and that the boys have such amazing lasting memories now. Where did you end up staying?
We're going two years from now. Will you be ready to go again. Next to Vonda's backyard, it really is one of the happiest places on earth.
